ABOUT ALLY
Ally Coulter is a musculoskeletal and sports Physiotherapist, a Clinical Pilates Instructor, an advanced manual therapist, and is trained in dry needling techniques.
Ally is dedicated to supporting individuals, in maintaining and rebuilding strength. She loves helping women during the antenatal and postnatal periods. Whether it's guiding soon-to-be mothers through safe exercise during pregnancy or assisting new mums in regaining their strength postpartum, Ally's passion lies in empowering women to be strong and resilient during these transformative stages of life. Having extensive experience teaching Pilates and a deep understanding of how to tailor workouts to meet the needs of her clients allows her to effectively guide individuals through safe and personalized Pilates practices, whether they are beginners, athletes, recovering from injury, or navigating the challenges of aging.
